Description
Our silverside beef has been matured for at least 28 days which results in fine quality, tender beef. Silverside makes for a great roasting joint.
Our grass-fed beef is a good source of health-giving omega 3 oils and conjugated linoleic acid. Grass-fed beef also helps the environment by promoting good soil condition, which leads to increased levels of biodiversity and allows the grassland to act as a great source of carbon storage.
